This Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, a debate will be held between Mr. Chauncey Killens of Prunedale's Soul Searching Church of God In Christ and Bro. Jose Ventilacion, a Minister of the Gospel of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ).

Mr. Killens will argue that the Bible supports a three-in-one deity and Bro. Ventilacion will take the opposing view.

The Executive Minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC), Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, ordained another 200 new ministers at the INC’s Central Temple along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on February 13, 2010.

Did you know that Jose Rizal, the Philippine national hero, was non-Trinitarian? If you read the following arguments, you would think you’re reading an Iglesia ni Cristo tract. However, these are in fact from the letters of Rizal to the Catholic priest Pablo Pastells.

"Take heed therefore to yourselves and to all the flock over which the Holy Spirit has appointed your overseers, to feed the church of Christ which he has purchased with his blood." - Acts 20:28 (Lamsa version)

There are those who criticize the Church of Christ for its use of the Lamsa version when quoting Acts 20:28. Critics say that the phrase "church of Christ" as written in the Lamsa version is incorrect and that the correct one is "church of God". Furthermore, they claim that there are no existing manuscripts that can be used to support the rendition "church of Christ" and that Lamsa is the only version which contains "church of Christ".

Some activities held recently in our Church reminded me of the story of the census conducted in Israel during their journey to the promise land of Canaan after their miraculous exodus from Egypt.
