Adobo and Sisig

Whenever our Christian community in Tokyo holds special events for sharing our faith to friends and other guests, we usually have socials afterwards wherein food and beverages prepared voluntarily by community members are served.  And so last Sunday, when we had such an event in our area, Cerg and I prepared some foods to bring.  Cerg cooked Pork and Chicken Adobo, one of her specialties.  Because I also wanted to help, I prepared Sisig, a popular hors d'oeuvre (appetizer) in the Philippines.
